1. About these terms
These terms apply to the SkyBlur Network website, Minecraft server and digital store. By using the network or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms, the Server Rules and any product-specific information shown before checkout.
2. Accounts and usernames
You are responsible for selecting the correct Minecraft account. Java usernames must be entered exactly. Bedrock players must include the Floodgate dot prefix shown in-game. Do not purchase for an account you do not own or have permission to use.
3. Digital packages
Ranks, crate keys, bundles, tags, Sell Wands and flight time are digital server entitlements. The product page states the server, contents, price and any duration. SkyBlock purchases do not transfer to Survival or another network.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. Any unavoidable taxes or payment charges must be shown before the order is confirmed. Payment is processed by the checkout provider; SkyBlur does not store full card details.
5. Delivery
Connected packages are normally delivered automatically to the selected account. If delivery is missing, reconnect once and then open a private support ticket with the transaction ID.
6. Server access and punishments
A purchase does not exempt a player from the Server Rules and does not guarantee continued access. Moderation decisions are independent of purchases. Active punishments are not removed automatically by buying a package.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact support before opening a payment dispute so delivery mistakes or duplicate charges can be investigated. Fraudulent disputes may result in withdrawal of affected entitlements and account restrictions, without limiting either party's legal rights.
8. Changes to the network
SkyBlur may rebalance, rename or replace server features as the network develops. Permanent purchases remain permanent account entitlements, but an individual command, kit item or feature may change to protect balance, security or compatibility.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
